The Warehouse Associate is a vital part of our daily operations. You will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and stocking inventory, preparing materials for jobs, and ensuring the warehouse remains clean and safe. You will also assist with delivering parts to job sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving & Inventory: Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy of purchase orders.
- Staging & Fulfillment: Pull parts, equipment, and materials for daily installations and service calls, ensuring technicians are fully stocked.
- Stock Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, including racking, shelving, and yard cleanup.
- Delivery & Logistics: Deliver parts and equipment to various job sites using company vehicles.
- Technology: Utilize inventory software to track inventory levels, scan parts, and update records.
- Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols
Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse environment, (recommended, not required) (Plumbing or HVAC experience is a major plus).
- License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physical Strength: Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50–75 lbs frequently.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
